Florentia Village
Waitex's family affiliate company is the founding partner of Florentia Village Luxury Outlets Mall franchise, a joint venture with investors from Italy, Hong Kong and a major US investment fund. All Florentia Villages feature true to life architecture of Florence in Italy, creating a unique and pleasant shopping atmosphere housing over 200 retail stores including top of the line luxury brands such as PRADA, FENDI, GUCCI, VERSACE, BURBERRY etc. Currently, the Florentia Village Designer Outlet is one of the most successful outlet malls in China.
Creativo
Waitex Group’s family affiliate company, is a founding partner of the award winning joint venture Creativo, with Hong Kong’s largest private enterprise Nanfung Group. The Designer Lifestyle Experience Mall is located in Tianjin, Wuqing. The project occupies a total land area of 180,000 sqm, with total building area of 50,000 sqm in the first phase, and was opened in the third quarter of 2016. Creativo is a true lifestyle destination for shopping, entertainment, dining and leisure activities.
V1 Auto World
The V1 Auto World project, is a joint venture project between Waitex family affiliate company and Sino-Ocean Group. The project will occupy over 640,000 sqm of building space with total land area of close to 500,000 sqm. The V1 Auto World project is China’s Premiere End-to-End Automobile Destination Integrating World Class Motorsports with Innovative Automotive Commerce and Leisure services.
Veneto
Waitex Group’s family affiliate company, is a founding partner with the Hong Kong Shui On Group and fund in investing and developing the Tianjin Veneto project. Adjacent to the Florentia Village, it is a RMB 2 billion investment occupying 150,000 sqm of gross building area. Veneto features over 100 stores of renown brands, hotel, supermarket, cinema and an entertainment centre. The project opened in January of 2015.
Domus Aurea
Waitex's family affiliate company is the second largest investor in the successful, luxury and designer furniture retailer, Domus Aurea.
Domus Aurea has over 64 renown luxury and designer furniture brands including Rivatelier, Saint Babila, Formitalia, Bentley Home, Emanuel Ungaro, Swarovski etc.
The popular furniture retailer has multiple locations in major cities in China and is one of the most popular luxury and designer furniture retailers in the market.
M-Station
Waitex's family affiliate company is an investor for the popular M-Station entertainment destination. M-Station is a youth entertainment destination that provides the popular "room escape" genre puzzles. The puzzles are themed and divided into rooms which challenges the problem solving skills in various situations. The rooms are elaborately designed to feature various interesting features such as jail cells, large robots, river crossings and much more.
M-station is an extremely popular entertainment currently with 3 stores operating in Tianjin, 1 in Beijing and several more planned pipeline locations in Chengdu and other major cities in China.
