Benchmark Development and Management (BDM) is a family affiliate company of Waitex Group and it was established to provide end to end expert solution for commercial and residential property development and management. The expert team at BDM has a proven track record of over 30 years experience in development and operating commercial properties in Europe and Asia.

BDM is based in Beijing, China and currently manages all of Waitex Group joint venture business in Asia and provides asset management services to investment funds and real estate property developers. To date, the company has already invested and managed RMB 35 billion in various projects under development.
