Mr. Howard Li Attends ILF Event in Washington DC

On July 30, 2015, Mr. Howard Li attended the International Leadership Foundation’s 16th annual awards gala in Washington DC as the National Director. At the event, Elaine Chao, former US secretary of labor, received the International Leadership Foundation (ILF) inaugural Organizational Award on behalf of Dr James Chao and The Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Foundation.
